How To Care For Your Bowl: Cleaning Hand washing is the best way to care for your redwood. Do not leave them in water too long this will cause splitting or cracking. Use warm water and mild soap to wash the surface.
Never put redwood items in the dishwasher or in the microwave oven.

Sanitizing Mix 1 part white vinegar with 5 parts water, thoroughly wet bowl and let rest for a few minutes. Rinse with warm water and air dry. Or you can fill a spray bottle with a 50/50 of white vinegar and water, and spray as needed, wiping off the excess with a clean towel.
